Cosmodent is a digital dental laboratory. We work with dental clinics and other professional care providers.
2. What the site is, and is not
The site provides information about Cosmodent, our work and how clinics can get in touch. The content is not:
- medical advice to patients
- a treatment agreement
- a binding offer or order confirmation
An assignment arises only when the clinic and Cosmodent have agreed the case material, scope and terms for that work. Warranty, order and delivery terms are published at www.cosmodent.se/villkor.
3. Contact forms and enquiries
Information you submit via forms, email or other contact channels on the site is used to handle your enquiry. How we process personal data is described in our privacy policy.
Submitting an enquiry is not an order.
4. Intellectual property
Text, images, graphics, logos, case photos and other material on the site belong to Cosmodent or to a party that has licensed it to us. You may not copy, distribute or use the material commercially without our written consent, except where mandatory law allows it.
Case images and clinical examples are illustrative. Results vary between patients and indications.
5. Accuracy and availability
We aim to keep the information on the site accurate, but it may contain errors or be incomplete. We may change content, structure and features without prior notice.
We do not guarantee that the site will always be available or free from interruptions, viruses or technical faults.
6. Links
The site may contain links to external websites. Cosmodent is not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.
7. Liability
The site is provided as is. Cosmodent is not liable for damage arising solely from use of the site or from reliance on general content on the site, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
Liability for laboratory work is not governed here. It is governed by the agreement and supply terms that apply to the individual assignment.
8. Unacceptable use
You may not use the site to send malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, harvest content with automated tools in a way that burdens the site, or submit misleading information in forms.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is published on this page with a date. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the new version.
10. Governing law
Swedish law applies. Disputes concerning use of the site shall primarily be settled by Swedish courts, with Malmö District Court as the court of first instance, unless mandatory rules require otherwise.
