Occlusion, decided
Bite and function are designed before the patient sits down, not discovered in the chair.

A comprehensive rehabilitation planned as one system: occlusion, aesthetics and sequence decided before the first preparation. Designed digitally, coordinated across every unit, finished so the mouth works as a whole rather than a collection of separate restorations. For clinics that take on complex cases and need a laboratory that can carry the entire plan through to delivery.

Every restoration follows the same design. Nothing is solved in isolation.
Aesthetics, contacts and guidance hold together in function, not only on the model.
Cosmodent · Case FAQ
A complete scan of both arches and a bite in stable condylar position (CR), photographs according to the FAB Smiles Photo guide, and the clinical objective: what function and aesthetics need to achieve, the material wishes and the timing. Records, preparation, restorative space and material are read before design begins. If the record cannot carry the result, the case stops until it can.
Our approach to complete dentistry is shaped by Dawson, Spear and Kois. Function, tissue, restorative space and aesthetics are tested digitally first (articulation, smile design and implant position where relevant), so occlusion and guidance are decided before the first preparation, not discovered in the chair.
Yes. A rehabilitation is planned as one system and the sequence is part of the plan, so every restoration follows the same design even when units are delivered at different appointments. It typically runs from digital wax-up through provisionals to the definitive restorations.
Planning is a step, not a product. It sits inside The Approach. On a complex case we talk before production, not after a remake. To go through a case before you start, book a 15-min technical review.
It depends on the number of units and the sequence. Complex cases and diagnostic sequences sit at the longer end of our typical 5–15 working days per stage, and we confirm the date on each stage after design validation.
