Built in place.

The Terry-style injectable technique: a diagnostic wax-up translated into a precise transparent matrix, so composite is placed with control instead of freehand hope. Minimally invasive. Highly aesthetic. Repeatable from central to molar. For the clinician who wants additive dentistry to look designed, not sculpted under pressure.

The shape is already decided

The index carries the wax-up. Composite follows the plan, not the clock.

Symmetry without guessing

Same length, same contour, left and right, built in, not chased freehand.

Additive, still designed

Minimally invasive work that looks intended, not improvised.

What clinics ask.
On this case.

A digital design of the final form, a printed model, and clear silicone indexes made in GC Exa Clear. You own the placement. In the design we recreate every second tooth, so each unit has a clear neighbour and the index works as a plan rather than a guess.

Injection moulding uses flowable composite injected through the clear index. Full moulding uses heated composite for broader veneer-like or crown-like coverage, often with a hard printed tray combined with GC Exa Clear. Direct moulding uses the index as a guide for hand placement on smaller repairs and local wear. Tell us which technique you plan on the prescription. More in our article Injection moulding, full moulding and direct moulding.

Additive, minimally invasive cases, typically wear from erosion or grinding, where form and function are restored without much reduction. The technique is repeatable from central to molar. If the records cannot support the transfer, we say so before we make anything.

Yes. The work starts from a diagnostic wax-up, so the form is decided digitally and can be tested first. See Digital wax-ups. A mock-up step is ordered separately if you are uncertain of the bite or the patient’s aesthetic demands.

Both arches, the bite, FAB Smiles photographs and the objective: which teeth, what length and shape change, and whether function or aesthetics decides.
