Both arches, the bite, FAB Smiles photographs and the objective: which teeth, what proportion and length change, and any functional constraints.
Send the feedback on the case, with photographs of the mock-up if possible, and we adjust the design. Up to three revision rounds are included. We only charge extra sets of models, nothing else.
Yes. Proportion, length, occlusion and contour are locked in as one plan. The same design is the basis for the definitive veneers, crowns or rehabilitation, so what the patient approved in the mock-up is what they get in the final work. For additive cases it is the basis for the clear injection-moulding index.
