- Open Unite → More → Store.
- Labs → Add connection → search Cosmodent or Cosmodent Sweden.
- Select Cosmodent (look for our logo) → Connect. Wait for approval.
Older Unite builds use Install instead of Connect. A 3Shape Account is required.

- Sign in to Dental Cloud as clinic founder/administrator → Connections.
- New → search Cosmodent or Cosmodent Sweden.
- Confirm the invitation. When we have accepted it, send the case.
Only founder/administrator accounts can create connections. Ordinary members can use an existing one.

- Sign in → Partners.
- Invite the laboratory with the Cosmodent portal email.
- After acceptance, select Cosmodent when submitting the impression.
DEXIS requires the clinic to start the partner relationship.

- Search Cosmodent or Cosmodent Sweden.
- Send the partnership request. After acceptance, select Cosmodent on the order.
New partnerships are created in the web app, not desktop or mobile.

- Open MyiTero or the lab connection area on the scanner.
- Lab Locator → Cosmodent or Cosmodent Sweden.
- Request the connection. Select Cosmodent on the next restorative scan.
If the lab is missing in your market or build, ask Align/iTero support to attach Cosmodent to the scanner.

Sign in as clinic administrator. Try Cosmodent and Cosmodent Sweden. Where the portal uses email invite, use the portal address above. If the lab still does not appear, email contact@cosmodent.se and we pair it manually.
Crowns, bridges and implant work need a complete record from a connected scanner.
Splints and some removable work can start from an open STL, photos and a prescription.
Not if you already use one of these: 3Shape Unite, SHINING 3D Dental Cloud, DEXIS IS Connect, Medit Link, iTero, DS Core or Smilecloud.
If your scanner is not on that list, email contact@cosmodent.se before you send the first case. We will tell you whether the record is usable. We do not accept every system.

The case is paused. We ask for what is missing. We do not mill or print a file we cannot stand behind.
Typical turnaround is 5–15 working days worldwide. Full-arch, layered ceramics and diagnostic sequences sit at the longer end; crowns and bridges sit inside the same window. We confirm the date on each case after design validation — see The Approach.
We ship finished work worldwide within the same 5–15 working-day window. For returns of physical items, use our pickup service.
Most remakes are done from a new scan, without a physical return. Pickup is available when the case needs it, for example a try-in or a physical adjustment. X-rays and photos decide which route makes sense. Book a pickup at Pickup when you need a return label. Warranty is in the supply terms.
