All-on-X

Full-arch zirconia restorations held in a gloved hand

All-on-X

All-on-X

The full arch.
Planned to seat.

The restoration that has to work on the day it matters. Planned digitally, finished by hand, built so the clinic can deliver the case, not repair it. For the dentist who needs a laboratory that treats the full arch as one plan, not a sequence of corrections.

Seats on the day

The arch is built for delivery, not for a week of adjustments.

Occlusion, decided

Bite is designed before the patient sits down, not discovered in the chair.

What clinics ask.
On this case.

A complete record from a connected scanner: the six FAB photographs, both arches, the bite and scan bodies. Photogrammetry, ScanLadder or a similar system is preferred, plus tissue where the case needs it, together with the objective (indication, material, shade, timing). Send the case through a scanner portal. Identifiable data stays in the clinical platform. Open STL files are not enough for implant work.

We mill bars for All-on-X and other high-load cases in Grade 5 titanium (Ti-6Al-4V). It is stronger than commercially pure titanium, still light, biocompatible and corrosion-resistant, and it machines cleanly enough for accurate geometry and a passive relationship to the implants. Each bar is milled to the case. The prosthesis on the bar is screw-retained, typically in zirconia. PMMA or composite can be chosen on demand.

We work with most systems on the market. If you are unsure, call or email us.

Yes, where the case needs one. Verification jigs and try-ins come back to us through our pickup service, which sends the clinic a return label. If you are using ScanLadder, photogrammetry or similar, verification jigs are not needed.

Full-arch work sits at the longer end of our typical 5–15 working days, and longer if the sequence includes a jig or a try-in. We confirm the date on the individual case after design validation.
