Cosmodent AB is a boutique digital dental laboratory in Malmö, Sweden. We design and produce restorations for clinicians who want predictable function, natural aesthetics, and direct access to the people making the case.

Where cases come from
The lab is in Malmö. Clinics scan where they work, then send the case to us.
Nordics.
Stockholm and the Öresund region. In Denmark: Copenhagen, Roskilde, Aarhus and Sorø. Send from the portal you already use.
UK and Ireland.
London, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Dublin. Same portals. Same file. Finished work goes overnight with UPS.
UAE and Kuwait.
Dubai and clinics we already work with in the UAE and Kuwait. Scan and send first. Finished work goes overnight with UPS.

Cosmodent exists so an ambitious clinician has one laboratory relationship, not a rotating production queue.
The lab was founded to put a named technician on the case and keep that person in the loop. The Malmö team now works with clinics in Scandinavia, the UK, Europe and the Middle East. Volume is not the target. Continuity is.
Digital where it decides. Hand where it shows.
The lab is fully digital because a complete record makes a better decision.
Scans, design and controlled production set fit. Morphology, texture and optical character still come from technicians who have spent years learning them. The machine starts the restoration. The hand finishes it. The clinician stays in the conversation between the two.
Quality with accountability
Every case follows the same FR2000-certified path: record review, design validation, production, hand-finish, final check.
If the record cannot support a predictable try-in, the case stops. Feedback returns to the same team. The aim is consistent delivery and a calm chair, not a faster compromise.
I started Cosmodent in 1998 because the moment the patient sits down is the dentist’s reputation. That moment should not depend on a lab the clinician has never spoken to.
We do not chase every case in Europe. We take the clinics that want the file reviewed, the occlusion considered, and a person accountable when something needs to change.
